3. Now that the oil has been drained, you can wipe the inside of the deep fryer out with a cloth. Then fill it with clean water and a cleaning solution. You can now turn the deep fryer back on so that the water boils, giving the interior a good clean that will also help to remove any leftover food items that have become baked on.
4. Now, follow the same steps as above – that is, turn off the deep fryer, let the water cool, and then drain the water.
5. Flush the deep fryer through with water to remove any last traces of the cleaning solution.
6. Close the drain valve, and your deep fryer is ready to be filled again with fresh oil.
