Hugely versatile, the Blue Seal Evolution Series gas oven range combines six heavy duty 7kw open burners, a large 2/1 GN compatible static oven and a handy 300mm wide griddle into a single appliance to save space in your kitchen and ensure your breakfast, lunch or dinner service runs seamlessly. Each component has an accurate independent dial for maximum control, allowing you to only use the section you want - saving energy and reducing the heat expelled into the kitchen. For added versatility, the oven range also includes a useful storage cabinet on the right hand side. Available in either or configurations.
