You get a true kitchen workhorse with the gas Blue Seal Evolution Series G56D Convection Oven Range. With six 7kW open burners and heavy duty vitreous enamel pot stands, the G56D can cope with the rigours of the busy restaurant or takeaway service. The convection oven itself can accommodate double sized (2/1) gastronorm pans, allowing plenty of capacity for large foods such as turkey or other big joints of meat, as well as large quantities of croissants, pies and other baked foods. The unit is made from robust stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning and durability. Available in either or configurations.
