A fantastic quality compact commercial blast chiller from Friginox, the MX-15 enables you to preserve food perfectly, with the flexibility of being both a blast chiller and blast freezer. Its intelligent design ensures reduced moisture loss in food - vital for preserving food quality, both in terms of taste and appearance. Able to accept three full size gastronorm pans, this high quality blast chiller is ideal for busy kitchens with limited space.
