Short of space in your kitchen? This counter fridge from Polar is a fantastic unit for offering flexible chilled food storage while providing an additional work surface for food prep. With a single door and two drawers, this unit is able to hold up to six full size 1/1 gastronorm pans.
This layout helps you to organise your stock and prioritise access to your most-used ingredients, while the solid stainless steel top can also provide a sturdy base for small catering appliances when its not being used as a work surface. It is remarkably easy to clean, and simple to operate via a digital display panel.
Please note - the maximum ambient temperature of this counter fridge is 43°C. Gastronorm pans are sold separately.
