The Katana range of bowl cutting machines are constructed in full stainless steel and are perfect for meat, fish, vegetables, and many other types of processing.
The blade is driven by a powerful ventilated asynchronous motor and are available in single, three phase or variable speed configurations.
Waterproof IP67 stainless steel controls are standard and the shaft is totally sealed and protected against liquid infiltration.
The lid is in stainless with Tritan material and its interlocking design ensures it can be easily removable for cleaning and sanitisation.
The Katana has dedicated knives for special purposes, and they are easily removable and come with a 3 blade system.
