The Australian owned and designed* Trueheat RC Series of Gas Cooking Equipment has been developed for the restaurant and cafe market with a high quality finish, designed to fulfill the busy demands within a commercial kitchen. The S86 is a gas heated, heavy duty salamander with fully adjustable height cooking shelf. Two powerful 14MJ high speed gas burners radiate intense heat, which seals in the natural flavours to leave a grilled appearance on steaks, chicken, seafood and vegetable.
